User-centered design is the fundamental approch in SAP’s software design. The SAP Design Guild website is a great ressource for UI developers. The website offers a lot of information including styleguides, book reviews, methods and insights into user-centered software design. I really like their Editorial which offers great insights into specific UI topics.
